Wisecall Taxi Plus will give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing that we’ll keep you on the road.

Being involved in an accident or having your vehicle stolen is inconvenient enough without the added stress of a loss of earnings.

Taxi Plus will cover you against non-recoverable replacement vehicle hire charges following an insured incident.

As a Taxi Plus policyholder you will be supported by Wisecall’s dedicated claims assistance centre, whose highly-trained staff will deal with all aspects of your claim, including the arrangement of a replacement vehicle.

If you are involved in an accident you need to make sure you are fully protected against any uninsured losses.

Wisecall Claims Assistance will make sure you are protected and will organise recovery of all your out of pocket expenses.

These can be, but are not limited to:

- Personal injury compensation
- Vehicle repair costs
- Loss of earnings
- Recovery of insurance excess
- Recovery, towing and storage
- Damage to personal effects

Wisecall can arrange either to have your vehicle repaired through a nationwide network of approved repairers or to recover the cost
of repairs in advance.

Wisecall Taxi benefits:

Option 1

- Provision of a licensed vehicle or a minimum of a Group A vehicle (1.0 litre car)

- Up to 14 days of continuous vehicle hire if the insured vehicle is immediately immobilised and repairable or
rendered a total loss.

- A hire vehicle for up to 14 continuous days when the insured vehicle has been stolen and not recovered.

- Allows for up to two claims within the period of insurance.

Option 2

All the above benefits, with the addition of:

- A hire vehicle for the full period of repair should the insured vehicle be mobile and repairable.
